- Create A Secured Log in Account
- Proceed To Complete The Application, Pay For The Credit Report, and Obtain A Copy Instantly!

Step 2

Submit the following required items for a Pre-Approval review:

1. Current 2 Years Of Income Documentation (Tax Returns, 1099 and/or W2 and 30 days of Paystubs )
2. Current 2 months of Liquid Assets Statements (Checking/Savings and/or Retirement Accounts)
3. Email or Fax A Clear Copy of An Identity Card, Social Security Card, and Borrower Authorization Form
4. Current copy of any Mortgage Statement, Home Owners Insurance, and Property Tax Bill

What To Expect:

1. Completed Online Application and Items 1 - 4 listed above

2. Credit Report Pull and Pre-Approval Review (24 - 48 Hours)

3. If Pre-Approved, then sign broker loan disclosures, (24 - 48 Hours)

4. Gathering of Any Additional needed Documents (Timeless)

5. Completed Loan application is submitted an approved lender for approval (24 Hours)


- We proceed to satisfy the prior to loan document signing conditions (Timeless)

- Once the conditions are satisfied, the lender will authorize issuance of loan document signing (24 - 48 Hours)
- After the loan documents are signed, they are then returned back to the lender (24 - 48 Hours)

- The lender then reviews the signed loan document and issues conditions for funding the loan (48 Hours)

- Once those conditions are met, the loan is set up for funding and recording (24 - 48 Hours)

- After funding and recording, the loan closes (24 - 48 Hours)
